Production and Made-to-Order:

  • Each product at Édimara is made-to-order, meaning that we craft your item specifically for you. This personalized approach allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and create unique pieces tailored to your preferences.

Shipping Time:

  • After processing, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. We use reputable carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

Combined Shipping:

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package to reduce our environmental impact. In such cases, the shipping time will be determined by the product with the longest processing time.

Notification and Updates:

  • You will receive email notifications throughout the process, including a confirmation of your order, notification of processing, and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Cancellation and Changes:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order items, cancellations or changes to pre-orders are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, the production process begins.
